HOW TO BOOK ONLINE
For New Customers
STEP ONE
You will need your pets information readily available to fill out the registration form. You will need your pets current Rabies vaccination certificate. If your pet is under 6 months of age, or cannot receive a rabies vaccination please let us know in the appropriate question box in the form. Dogs without a current rabies vaccination may still be groomed if reasoning is discussed.
Dont forget to add their birthday! This will send you Birthday Treat Rewards!
STEP TWO
Wait until you are you notified Online Booking is active. Now you're ready to book your pets appointment! Find a stylist (for more information on our groomers visit "Staff and Salon") and pick a date and time! For large dog haircuts we ask that you pick the earliest time able to give our groomers adequate time to complete the service and lessen the chances of appointment refusal.
STEP THREE
Please allow up to 24 hours for appointments to be approved or denied, however we try to respond as quickly as possible! If your appointment is denied we will reply with a reason why and appointment dates and times suitable for your pet(s).
